REFUND POLICY

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery.
To start a return request, please email us at email@sprury.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags, labels, and packaging attached
- Free from stains, odors, makeup marks, perfume, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original accessories, packaging materials, and included items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items with removed tags, labels, or original packaging
- Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, perfume, pet hair, or visible signs of wear
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or accidental damage
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Items returned to the wrong address
- Items not in their original condition or not suitable for resale
- Final sale items, clearance items, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Personal or hygiene-sensitive items, if applicable, such as underwear, swimwear, socks, or similar items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
Size or Color Issues
Please check the size guide, product details, and color information carefully before placing your order.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, you may request a return or exchange within the return window, provided that the item meets our return conditions. Return shipping costs for size, color, or personal preference reasons are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that slight color differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or photography conditions.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong color, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is caused by our error, such as a damaged item, defective item, incorrect item, or missing item, we will help resolve the issue and may cover the replacement or return shipping cost depending on the situation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at email@sprury.com within 7 days after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Photos of the outer packaging and product packaging
- A description of the problem
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for another size, color, or style, please contact us first at email@sprury.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.
Return Address
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return addresses may vary depending on your location and order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and payment provider fees may not be refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Order Cancellation

If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will try our best to cancel it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may need to be handled as a return after delivery.
